The Mariners have figured it out, and it looks like the Seahawks got the message too: People like good food when they're at a ball game.

This season the menu at CenturyLink Field during Seahawks games will get a big upgrade. According to the Seattle Times, the stadium will feature lots more ethnic food choices from local restaurnats in Pioneer Square, Sodo, and the International District. SOme of them will be limited runs, but it sounds as if you'll always have some more exotic bites to choose from than the typical hot dog or nachos and cheese.

For instance, Salumi in Pioneer Square will sell sandwiches at four games. Din Tai Fung will sell its beloved wanton soup at three stands instead of just one.And you'll be able to buy what seems like a pretty ambitious item for a football stadium: pho. I'm not sure how you're going to manage the spoon and chopsticks and a big bowl of broth on your lap, but they're chopping the noodles to make them less messy, which I'm sure your seatmates will appreciate.

There are lots of other additions, too, including Smokehouse Wings, Philly Cheesesteak, and a Kimchi Dog from Seattle Dogs.

No guarantees how the team will do this season, but the food sure sounds great.
